DESIGNING TOWNHOUSES OR RAW HOUSES WE CAN SEE COMMONLY FOR THE LAZY AND LESS CREATIVE DESIGNERS THE FIRE WALL DIVIDING THE UNITS. ITS A REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BUILDING OFFICIALS AND FIRE DEPARTMENT SO IF THEIR IS FIRE IT WONT TRANSFER FASTER TO THE OTHER UNIT. THEY ARE TO LAZY NOT TO CREATE A DESIGNS THAT WONT SHOW THEM LITERALLY.

ROOFING DESIGNS WITH SO MUCH VALLEY AND GUTTERS VERY HARD TO MAINTAIN LATER ON AND EXPENSIVE FOR THE CLIENTS WHO DOESN'T KNOW ALSO ANYTHING AT ALL. THE USUAL CLIENTS WITH SEVERAL HOUSES BUILT NOTICE THEM BECAUSE THEY SPEND MONEY AS THEY MAINTAIN THEIR HOUSES. CHOICE THE ROOF MATERIALS IS ANOTHER ISSUES.

ROOF MATERIALS APPROPRIATE TO THE SITE, CLIMATE AND LOCATION IF ITS IN THE CITY HOUSE OR A COUNTRY SIDE HOUSE. ITS THE LOCATION AT THE SEA OR FOREST AREA OR IN THE CITY HOUSES.... MORE TO COME
